Terms of Use

Car Z for Android · Effective date: 7 October 2026

These Terms are a contract between you and VIBEPALM YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("VIBEPALM", "we", "us") for the use of the Car Z app. Please read them, together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Car Z you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Google Play's own terms also apply to downloading the app and to payments.

2. Who can use Car Z

• You must be at least 16 years old. Car Z is not intended for children.
• If you are under 18, or under the age at which you can enter into this contract or consent to data processing in your country, you may use Car Z and make purchases only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
• You may not use Car Z if the law of your country prohibits it.

3. The service

Car Z creates AI-generated photos and short videos from photos you choose, for example photos of your car or of yourself: scenes, poses, posters, studio effects, car customization previews, and road, drift and cinematic videos. Results are produced automatically by third-party AI models run for us by our service providers (see the Privacy Policy). They are stored in the Album on your phone and can be saved to your gallery or shared through Android.

Processing your photo is part of the service you request. It starts when you start a generation.

4. Your account

• On first launch Car Z creates an anonymous account on your device. You don't need an e-mail address or password. E-mail sign-in exists only for accounts we create ourselves (for example for app review) and cannot be used to sign up.
• Your credits, Pro status and results belong to that anonymous account. If you log out, delete the account, uninstall the app, clear its data or lose your device, you may lose access to that account, its credits and its results. Your User ID in Profile helps us find the account. Please keep a copy of it.
• An active Google Play subscription can be restored on a new installation with Profile → Restore Purchases, using the same Google account. If credits you bought are missing, contact us with your User ID or Google Play order number and we will help where we can verify the purchase.
• You are responsible for activity on your device and account. Developer-created sign-in details may not be shared.

5. Subscriptions

• Car Z Pro is offered as a weekly or yearly subscription, sold and billed by Google Play to the Google account on your device. The price, billing period and any introductory offer are shown in the app and on the Google Play purchase screen, in your local currency, before you confirm.
• Eligible new customers may be offered a discounted first week on the weekly plan. This is a paid introductory price, not a free trial, unless Google Play clearly shows it as a free trial.
• Each subscription includes the number of credits shown on the plan in the app, added when the subscription starts and at each renewal (currently 1,500 credits per billing period: per week on the weekly plan, per year on the yearly plan).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period until you cancel. Google Play charges your payment method at purchase and at each renewal. If the price changes, Google Play will notify you as its rules require.
• You can cancel at any time in Google Play: in the app at Profile → Manage subscription, or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Uninstalling the app or deleting your Car Z account does not cancel your subscription.

6. Credits and credit packs

• Creating a photo or video uses credits. The cost is shown in the app before you start (for example on the Generate button). We may change the credit cost of future generations. Credits you already spent are not affected.
• Pro subscribers can buy additional credit packs as one-time purchases in the in-app Market.
• Credits are a limited, personal, revocable licence to use features of Car Z. They are not money: they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, sold or traded, except where the law requires otherwise.
• We do not currently set an expiry date for credits. If we ever introduce one, it will apply only to credits obtained after we announce it in the app.
• If a video fails on our side, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. If a result is missing or clearly broken because of a technical fault, contact us and we will review it.
• Credits are tied to your account and are lost when the account is deleted. We may cancel credits obtained through fraud, payment reversals or abuse.

7. Payments, refunds and withdrawal

• All payments are processed by Google Play. We never see your card details. Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policies and applicable law. You can request one through Google Play, and you may also contact us.
• Car Z provides digital content and services that are delivered immediately after purchase. Where the law allows, the statutory right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started at your request, for example under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts. Where you have a right of withdrawal that cannot be excluded, you keep it.
• Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including the rights that apply to faulty digital content or services.

8. AI-generated content

• Results are created automatically by AI. They may be inaccurate, unrealistic, unexpected or different from what you wanted, may not keep every detail of your car or of a person, and similar requests may give different results.
• Results are for entertainment and creative purposes only. Scenes such as police chases, police selfies, a car in a hydraulic press, money or luxury lifestyles, stunts and famous places are fictional. They do not show real events.
• You must not use results to deceive or defraud anyone. In particular, don't use them as evidence of an accident, damage or ownership (for example in an insurance claim, a sale or a dispute), to fake documents or licence plates, to impersonate someone, to harass, threaten or embarrass anyone, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Results carry no visible AI label. When you share a result in a way that could make people think it is real, make clear that it was AI-generated.
• You are responsible for how you use and share results. To the extent the law allows, you may use the results you create for personal and non-commercial purposes. Results may include elements, such as car designs, places or brand features, that are protected by others' rights. Commercial use is at your own risk and responsibility.

9. Your photos and licence

• You keep all rights you have in the photos and text you provide ("your content").
• You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, process and modify your content, and to have our service providers do so, only to provide the service to you: to create, store, deliver and support your results, to handle reports and to keep the service secure. This licence ends when your content and results are deleted, except for copies we must keep by law. We do not use your content for advertising or to train AI models.
• You confirm that you have the rights needed for your content, and that every person shown in a photo you upload has agreed to its use. If the person is a minor, you need the agreement of their parent or guardian.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use Car Z to create, upload or share content, or to act in a way, that:

• is sexual or nude, or sexualises anyone, and in any case involves a minor in any sexual or suggestive way;
• shows a real person without their consent, or is meant to mislead people about what a real person did or said;
• is violent in a way that glorifies or incites harm, or is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening or defamatory;
• infringes copyright, trademark, image, privacy or other rights;
• promotes illegal activity, dangerous driving or stunts in real life, or is otherwise unlawful;
• is used for fraud, insurance fraud, fake evidence, fake documents or impersonation;
• tries to get around credit costs, payments, App Check or other security measures, reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows, use bots or automated access, resell the service, or overload or disrupt our systems or our providers' systems.

Our AI providers also apply their own safety filters and may refuse some requests.

11. Reports and removal

Every result has a Report option. You can report sexual, violent or hateful content, content showing a real person without consent, or anything else. Reported items are hidden in your app and we review the reports. We may remove or refuse to generate content, limit features, or suspend or end access to the service if we reasonably believe these Terms or the law have been broken. Where appropriate we may report unlawful content to the authorities. To report a rights violation, write to carzapp7@gmail.com.

12. Intellectual property and trademarks

• The app, its design, software, catalog, preview images and videos, texts and the Car Z name belong to VIBEPALM or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your Android devices under these Terms.
• Car brands, models and other names that may appear in the app (for example in style names) belong to their owners. They are used only to describe a style or scene. Car Z is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any car manufacturer or brand owner.

13. Third-party services

Car Z relies on third-party services such as Google Play, Google Firebase, RevenueCat and AI providers run through Replicate. Their availability is outside our full control, and their own terms apply to what they do. The app also opens external links, such as Google Play and your e-mail app.

14. Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features, styles and models, change credit costs for future generations, or pause the service for maintenance, security or legal reasons. If we permanently shut down Car Z, we will announce it in the app in advance and will not charge further renewals. Where the law requires, we will compensate unused paid credits.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Car Z is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result will meet your expectations or be suitable for a particular purpose. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, or for the way you or others use results. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to Car Z is limited to the amount you paid for Car Z in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by our fault, and they do not affect your mandatory consumer rights.

17. Ending the contract

You can stop using Car Z at any time and delete your account at Profile → Delete Account (see Delete your account). Remember to cancel any subscription in Google Play. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms or the law, or if we must do so for legal reasons. Where reasonable we will tell you why. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example 8, 9, 12, 15, 16 and 19) continue to apply.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when we change features or when the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you continue to use Car Z after the effective date, the new Terms apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using the app and cancel your subscription.

19. Governing law and disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
• Subject to the mandatory rules below, the courts and enforcement offices of Gebze (Kocaeli) have jurisdiction.
• If you are a consumer in Türkiye, you may apply to the consumer arbitration committees (tüketici hakem heyetleri) within the monetary limits set each year under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, or to the consumer courts, at your place of residence or where the transaction took place.
• If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts there.
